lumpblockclod This was a really enjoyable TAB show, and Trey was pretty clearly dialed in. First set highlights include some creative rhythm playing from Trey during the Night Speaks jam, the Hendrix-like jam that came out of Spin and really the whole Spin, Scabbard, Ice&Snow, Traveller run. Much better than it may look on paper. While they don't pack the same jamming punch, it was also great to catch the relatively infrequently played Greyhound Rising, Wherever You Find It and Words to Wanda.

Set II was even better. Most everything was played well, but Plasma and The Way I Feel really stood out from the rest. Plasma featured a slowed down, atmospheric jam that they could have played the for the rest of the night as far as I was concerned. Way I Feel also got low, slow and deep. Both songs are about as good as TAB gets these days. Ether Sunday was amusing, as Trey incorporated the band intros into the song. Unlike Phish, I haven't heard every 3.0 TAB show, but I have heard probably half. And, if there's a better show than this, I haven't heard it.
